Where are your products made?

All ALŌH sanitizing formulas are made in an FDA-registered facility in the United States.

Do you use fragrance in your products?

Aside from our unscented formulas, all ALŌH sanitizers are exclusively scented with pure essential oils, which are clearly labeled on the packaging. These essential oils are distilled from plants like lavender and eucalyptus; we do not use any artificial fragrance.

Do you test ALŌH Skin-Softening Hand Sanitizing Wipes on animals?

No. ALŌH is Leaping Bunny certified and cruelty free. We don’t test on animals and never will.

No. ALŌH is Leaping Bunny certified and cruelty free. We don’t test on animals and never will.

Do ALŌH Moisturizing and Skin-Softening Hand Sanitizing Wipes expire?

All sanitizing formulas inevitably expire after two years, including our Moisturizing and Skin-Softening Hand Sanitizing Wipes, which are produced in an FDA-registered facility using an antimicrobial agent known as benzalkonium chloride to kill 99.9% of germs on contact. Sanitizer expires two years after it is purchased.

Are ALŌH Moisturizing and Skin-Softening Hand Sanitizing Wipes natural or organic?

ALŌH products are not currently registered as organic. However, the majority of the ingredients used in our products are natural, plant-based ingredients, including our essential oils, aloe vera, and benzalkonium chloride.

Do ALŌH Moisturizing and Skin-Softening Hand Sanitizing Wipes contain triclosan?

Absolutely not. We will never formulate our products with triclosan, an ingredient that has been banned by the FDA.

Do ALŌH Moisturizing and Skin-Softening Hand Sanitizing Wipes contain methanol?

No, our formulas don’t contain this toxic ingredient. Our sanitizers feature benzalkonium chloride to help reduce bacteria, promoting clean hands and a clear mind.

Do ALŌH Moisturizing and Skin-Softening Hand Sanitizing Wipes contain gluten?

No, all ALŌH products are gluten free.

What is the material of ALŌH Moisturizing and Skin-Softening Hand Sanitizing Wipes?

Our disposable, biodegradable wipes are made of 100% plant-based fibers.

Do you test ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes on animals?

No. ALŌH is Leaping Bunny certified and cruelty free. We don’t test on animals and never will.

Do ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes expire?

Just like baby wipes or makeup-removing wipes, ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes can last for up to two years so long as they have never been opened and kept in a cool, dark place. After that point, they may lose their moisture and become less effective. When in doubt, dispose of your pack and buy a new one.

Are ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes natural or organic?

ALŌH products are not currently registered as organic. However, nearly all of the ingredients used in our products are natural and derived from plants, including our essential oils to add fragrance, aloe vera and avocado to help soften and smooth fur and skin, and the gentle, non-toxic surfactant in our pet wipes, decyl glucoside, which is derived from coconuts. Our products are all made in the USA.

Do ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes contain triclosan?

No, and they never will — triclosan is banned by the FDA.

Do ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes contain methanol?

No — methanol is toxic and has no place in any ALŌH formulas. To combat refresh your pet’s paws, we use entirely plant-based ingredients like coconut-derived surfactant decyl glucoside and aloe vera.

Do ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes contain gluten?

No, all ALŌH products are formulated without gluten.

What is the material of ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes?

Our disposable wipes are made of 100% plant-based fibers and fully biodegradable.

Are ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes safe for all pets?

ALŌH Multi-Purpose Pet Wipes are designed to be used on cats and dogs. Please note that only the unscented formula should be used on cats as they cannot safely ingest lavender when grooming.
